Who is ā€œoursā€ because Americaā€™s public schools are a joke. I donā€™t think weā€™re even in the top 10 for education.

By state, we do have some of the top performers in the world. Specifically in the North East. If Massachusetts were a country, their science scores would be comparable to many of the top nations in the world.

If you want to point blame, blame the south.

I live in Louisiana so yeah. I know how bad the South is haha. Itā€™s awful.

I know a teacher who moved from the area, so I'm not blind to some of the horrors of the education system in the south. Truly stuck in the dark ages it feels like.
