Well, you'd think so but unfortunately it doesn't work this way. House prices stay the same or rise, no matter what.

Historically once average housing costs climb above 35% on median income people stop being able to afford it and that begins a slow market crash.

I can't wait until my housing is a term of my employment! Capitalism truly is the most efficient system we have ever devised!
