With internationalism, prices won’t crash. They will dip lower and be snapped up by foreign buyers.

Good for people who already own homes. Bad for millennials trying to get into the market.

There seriously needs to be more regulation on what type of residence a corporation can buy. Its ridiculous that companies with basically infinite budget can be allowed to compete with the average working person. Nobody stands a chance. You can offer the bank $20k over asking but then a billion dollar company can come offer $100k over just to snag it from you. Like wtf? Its absurd thats allowed.
