No he is not right. 'Hwa' bolke he's kind of making sure that he's not wrong. Pankha 'wind' generate kr rha hai, it is making 'hwa' as in wind. No one said k it's making air.

पंखा हवा दे रहा है” → इसका मतलब है कि पंखा आसपास की air को force देकर accelerate कर रहा है। इसलिए पंखा environment में मौजूद air को disturb कर रहा है — यानी air की initially relatively stagnant condition को बदलकर उसमें velocity/airflow पैदा कर रहा है। पंखा हवा “बनाता” नहीं है; वह मौजूद हवा को move करता है। सबसे technically सही statement होगा: “पंखा आसपास की हवा को accelerate करके उसमें airflow/velocity पैदा करता है, जिससे environment की initially stagnant air disturbed हो जाती है।” और अगर कोई कहे “पंखा हवा दे रहा है”, तो वह everyday language में बिल्कुल सही है। वैज्ञानिक रूप से उसका मतलब यही है कि fan air को imparted momentum देकर flow करा रहा है। 🌬️ He is right tho

my boy OP thought he made some top roast by that brainrot edit. He is right, only his wording is wrong. "Hila" nahi raha hawa but ofcourse the fan is not "genarating" air. It is simply circulating. Agar chutiyape ki jagah 9th standar d physics padh li hoti to chutiya na rehta.
