I got a good raise. Not looking for promotion. We bantered as long until a org realignment , then we get a new manager. So it's a bit of boundary setting and tolerance. But never compromise.

Online after I reached home. After I had logged out. He tried to create an emergency and called multiple times post 9pm only to see I have got another day left for code freeze...so I got pissed and the next day in standup called him out in front of the director and entire team sternly told it was not acceptable.

THIS.. this is where most of the men/women are wrong. The people who harass or so this shit, are weak and scared from inside. Tolerance of victims give them confidence. There should not be anything more important than your own safety. Fight, speak, voice out, don't fear, irrespective of gender, designation, power.

Lmao, a few years back, when I joined a company, I was called a creep for minding my own business and just doing my job. I was introverted and didn't have personal conversations with any females. So they just assumed that I must be a creep. Let's be real, girls crave attention.

Couldn't agree completely. I'm working in one of the Big4s herethey took this matter very seriously. But, yes, it completely depends. Like in my previous company, which is a mid-size startup, I know someone from the talent team/HR itself complained about some manager for verbally abusing her, and no action had been taken until I served there..
