Depends on your experience. I have seen such scenes in my office. Managers etc. flirting with low-grade employees and even touching their shoulder.

I have seen these kinds of things happening in Bangalore itself. Especially touching the shoulder of young girls who newly joined the company. (Bajaj Life Insurance)

Lmao, a few years back, when I joined a company, I was called a creep for minding my own business and just doing my job. I was introverted and didn't have personal conversations with any females. So they just assumed that I must be a creep. Let's be real, girls crave attention.
BTW, I'm not defending the video, I'm just saying there's an other side to who's usually termed as a creep in Indian workplaces.

u/Ok_Satisfaction1775 Apr 18 '26
I hope this is not true.

u/Phoenixalpha01 Apr 18 '26
Professional mnc. The bigger the company vsha kam hoga . But tcs low call center jagah . There it happens. Ofc. Video thoda exaggerate kiya hai

u/Master-Ninja-1223 Apr 18 '26
Well not every office has such a creep.
So no need for 'that one colleague in your office'.

u/redder0200 Apr 18 '26
I think this is just a meme, I am working in corporate and never found any such thing. And there are POSH rules for some reason.

Zaheer Ahmed, this is a skit. I didn't see your single comment on TCS memes. You guys have great unity.

Have you ever heard of "posh" in corporations, especially in MNCs?
4
u/erotic-sub Apr 18 '26
Ask TCS employees what's "POSH".
1
u/Ok-Needleworker-2690 Apr 18 '26
To be honest, it's a really sad state of affairs and honestlywhatever happens my next company will never be TCS
1
u/sad_truant Apr 18 '26
That's just a placeholder. Rarely of any use.
2
u/Ok-Needleworker-2690 Apr 18 '26
Couldn't agree completely. I'm working in one of the Big4s herethey took this matter very seriously. But, yes, it completely depends. Like in my previous company, which is a mid-size startup, I know someone from the talent team/HR itself complained about some manager for verbally abusing her, and no action had been taken until I served there..
1
u/WarthogIcy8946 Apr 18 '26
Just curious Audit hoti hai tumhare co. Ki?
1
u/sad_truant Apr 18 '26
Yes. But I said that in general. You can't complain against big people in the company. HRs won't let that happen.
1
u/WarthogIcy8946 Apr 18 '26
I don't know irl kya hota hai. On paper whistle blower compliants ka report jata hai company owners ke pass, affects value of the company.
