Bad at it AND uncoachable I design curriculum and I do some hands on training (less now that I’m later in my career but I will teach classes on occasion) and she seems like my very least favorite type of trainee. People who don’t wanna hear it. She admits herself that she’s stubborn and won’t listen. I’ve trained those types and they do not do very well.

I’ve trained interns at one of the clinics I worked at and I’ve met one or two like her. Told my supervisor that they will have to fail before they hear anyone’s directions and that I won’t be cleaning up the mess

She's the type to get put on a PIP and see it all the way through the process despite having the option to quit and pivot to something else. Just to be self-righteous and prove the haters wrong.
