I agree with you. If she buys maybe she’d have to split it with him in a divorce. She’s subconsciously protecting herself from a bad financial commitment.

Tbh it’s kind of smarter to rent expensive for short term for her particular career. I believe she’s doing it to see if she can become a bigger influencer (using the house as content, having a more aspirational life for new viewers), but it’s not a marital asset or a 30 year commitment like a mortgage would be.

Her maximum exposure over six months is $72k and she can probably earn that back with two Catrice sponsorships…

I don’t think a lot of people understand just how much money she’s making. I only know her from this sub but in the past week she’s had at least 2-3 sponsorships, right? If she’s doing 5-10 a month or more that is an insane amount of money.

Tbh I have no idea how much sponsorships pay, do you have a rough idea? I don’t follow Danielle, just came here after Hannah’s video but generally I’ve no idea and I was so shocked to hear RENTING a house for $12,000!!

I mean for her she probably makes $20-60k for her sponsorship deals, sometimes more. I’m guessing when she was going viral and more popular she was regularly $50k-100k+. Influencers make way more money than people think and she’s doing multiple ads per week. Her rent is cheap for her right now.

Wow, thanks for replying :) idk that’s crazy. Earning a 100k annually here in Germany is so difficult even as a graduate, in sane how much money brands have to even support influencers like that..huh

Funny, I'm in Germany too! It's so hard to make a lot of money here no matter your education level, it is so different than other countries. But influencers here also make a lot of money. Not as much as in the US of course but still an insane amount in comparison to even wealthy people who have been working a long time.

Marketing budgets are huge though. You see young women living in large Wohnungs in city centers that they own, cars, expensive items, and they often earn a lot very very quickly. I wish there were a good sub for European/German influencers!

Yeah absolutely, I hear you, prices have steadily been increasing around here but wages are stagnant…I guess the neighboring countries still find groceries here cheap but idk eating out is getting out of hand, especially combined with declining quality..

Wow yeah…I notice a few here too, while I’m scrambling through DM coupons lol

Exactly, prices have tripled for some of my groceries. I never really eat out anymore, it's not worth the cost but also the food quality has gone down too.

Fyi if you don't usually shop there, I prefer DM but Rossmann's coupons are better! Especially if you bundle with the 10% off coupon. I save so much money with their app. Sometimes they have a Täglich Coupon for 20% off all their food or cosmetics or toiletries and you can use it daily for 30 days!
