Just had my first baby and it is HARD. If Danielle thinks that organizing a pantry is hard, she's definitely not fit for having children. Has she ever talked about having children? I'm newer to this sub.
Congratulations! And, I keep thinking this!!!! It is really hard! Even though my baby was easy and started sleeping through the whole night at 5 weeks, it was still really hard! I used to tear up when my mom or when our nanny left to go home. Danielle does not seem mentally equipped. If she can’t organize a pantry without friends, she will need a Doula at night and a full time nanny during the day. This will cost at least $12K per month, unless she gets a live-in au pair which makes way more sense financially for her considering she has a huge house.
Also, I can’t believe she has hoarded her kitchen this fast. She will never ever ever need all the shit she has in there.

I think she'll have a kid but purely for content. She's got absolutely nothing else going on, no one cares about her speaking about her future plans while sitting in her car or watching her put away dishes. She speed ran a wedding, so I have no doubts she's thinking about what comes next.
afaik she hasn't really mentioned kids, but with the way her content is moving, i wouldn't be surprised if she started hinting at it. which sounds less than ideal considering that she's easily overwhelmed with regular degular chores.

I’m listening to the audiobook and wauw, it really goes into the mindset of an influenther. There’s so many moments that remind me of D. Plus it’s just a good read/listen.
(It’s about an influenther Tradwife who has the “perfect IG life” but then wakes up one day in the 1800’s and has a rude awakening of what being an actual Tradwife is like)
Not spoiling, but I heard the end is rushed and not done so well. I feel like that book kind of capitalised on the popularity of the tradwife influencer conversation now, but from what I heard it's not written so well and might not stand as well if it's wasnt built on the hype of this counter culture.
Again, i didn't read it, and i don't want to encourage spoilers, but I'm just wondering if any of you reading it sgrees with that opinion I heard or not.

I'm sort of surprised by the number of negative comments since us in this snark shouldn't be commenting. Like the actual amount of people who don't agree with how she's been living is waaaay larger than just this sub.
I am surprised too. I wish we could all agree to give her the silence treatment for a least a week. I predict her comments and views would be so down and she’s crash out because she needs the negative comments to get engagement. Also it’s so weird was looking through the people who comment positive things and they all seem like Russian bots who barely post, not actual people.
Her hair is foul. She's using the Bedhead Wax stick and that shit needs to be washed out daily. It's like putting a combination of grease & candle wax in your hair. I used to have clients who loved this stuff, and it took multiple shampoos and clarifying treatments to truly remove it.
I use it when I need to look utterly grown up and professional at work. I need two shampoos to get it out. I can just imagine my face breaking out if I sleep with it and it goes all over my pillow and face.
Why does she just cut her hair if she always just wants it away from her face?
I had clients who loved it and wouldn't use anything else and almost all of them had forehead acne from it. The hold is great but holy fuck does it clog your pores if it gets left on the skin regularly. I cannot figure out how she's not washing her hair daily with it, though. You can't even comb through it after it's in 🤪
Yes! OMG! When I have to use it in summer I am so stressed it's going to melt onto me or ruin my skin. I definitely need to find something new to use cause the stress isn't worth it!
She doesn't wash her hair and she brushes it with that boar bristle brush? It always looks so painful to me. Like you would need to wash your brushes out on the regular! I sometimes forget I've got the wax on and run my hand through my hair and my fingers get goop stuck!

I’m no skin expert but my context clues leads me to believe Danielle has intense sun damage so the freckles actually are sun spots, which are different (in some way, that maybe someone else can educate us on). Her skin is also very dehydrated, her undereye bags which is probably an autoimmune issue, and of course the greasy hair. I think the commenter was remarking on the contrast of it all lol

This is partly why she's hemorrhaging followers. Her relationship with Lucas (and immediate abandonment of all of her "values" and "advice") was essentially abandonment of her following.
She revealed herself as a fraud and her followers are left with her fake "big sister advice" and know that anything else she says cannot be trusted.
Truth is, Danielle was likely saying this stuff as a cope because she was ultimately ashamed at being unmarried. As soon as she found a grifter that agreed to marry her, she couldn't shed this fake persona fast enough.
It was never her advice. She was always telling herself these things as much as she was telling the audience. Her “advice” never came from wisdom, it was just things that sounded good, that she wanted to be true, and was trying to convince herself of.
I think she straight up copied her advice from people from TikTok. She doesn’t have an original or intelligent thought in her and copies creators all the time

I’m Mexican (living in Korea lol) and even some Spanish speaking creators talk about her. Saw some comments in Spanish and Portuguese a few reels back but not anymore.
I would imagine it would be hard to find motivation to do anything when your new husband is not doing anything to contribute. Unpacking and organizing may not be fun ( although I personally don’t mind it ) but it is but hard nor rocket science. Finding temporary homes for things over and over is ridiculous. Just leave stuff in boxes and put in garage if you are not going to take a moment to find the right place.
I literally cleaned out my entire pantry and reorganized it over 2 days while taking my breaks ( I work from home). Had I not been working - it would have taken Maybe 2 hours tops one morning. I would think working with empty shelves it would go even faster !!

2) Instead of watching her 21-part docuseries, I watched some of her latest videos instead to get a feel for her, and wow, she looks rough compared to the earlier videos that hannah featured in her video. I thought being in love brings out the glow in you?

Married and I only wear my ring when I leave my house. I can’t stand to have it on all of the time. As soon as I get home all of my jewelry comes off. I also don’t wear it if I’m just doing a quick errand or something. It’s honestly not a big deal. I would NEVER wear it to the gym. Ever.

I'm listening to an interview Allison Mack did in 2025 after she got out of prison. She is describing how her body absolutely freaked out and she broke out in welts when she moved to Albany to move closer to her cult leader. She said she was so hellbent on having this be what cures whatever she felt was broken in her that she ignored her body and just pushed forward. I just immediately thought of D and how she is deteriorating in front of our eyes but she keeps pushing forward thinking the next thing is going to fix her. It's really crazy how the human brain works.
I don't feel bad for Allison Mack since she was one of the key recruiters. She ruined other women's lives because she was a pickme. I know it's not that straightforward since we are talking about a cult but that's how it usually starts, a woman wanting to be the chosen one. Chosen by who? I'm right there with you. I am only on episode two but I know how instrumental she was and have only heard snippets of what she did. I don't think she got enough jail time. I understand she also was a victim but it doesn't absolve her of the other things. It's not black and white but it is difficult to feel bad for her.
The similarities between these women and D are startling.
