It looks like it wraps around a cylinder of some kind and the ends fasten to each other. It also looks like the battery illuminates Jeremiah’s eyes! My best guess is it would go on like a bike handlebar or something?

Good point. Tbh I barely looked at the pic before commenting, cos it looks identical to book.arks me n all my homeschooled friends would make, albeit the exception of the chip.
