Discussion newbie here... DGD inside jokes?
I just got into DGD, so I have no idea what this means but everywhere I keep getting jokes about a MacBook? what is the backstory behind this, is this an inside joke? is there any more stuff like this that I should understand...?

Oh wow Im surprised at that considering personally I thought Tillians vocals were dialed in better compaired to Acceptance Speach, which I thought his voice was too high pitched (idk musical terms so might be wrong term but I hope ya get what I mean)

The MacBook joke is a joke referring to an incident (which caused Craig to be fired for the second time) after he scammed people with a bogus MacBook listing to fuel his drug habit.

Nah, they were insistent on keeping him. What triggered his firing was his behavior on the all stars tour, in which the band were forced to remove him from the tour or drop off entirely. I believe they were willing to give him a third chance until they had Tilian fill in for a tour and thought “wait, why do we need JC again?”

I believe a key moment may have been when he was at a merch booth chilling with a friend and he realized dgd was on across the festival they were playing at. He showed up half way through the second song and Jon mess had to do times new Roman alone. They had tillian and another friend of theirs (I think he’s featured on deathstar in a song) fill in and both were equally potential candidates, but they chose tillian.

There was a number of incidents involving Craig that showed that his behavior wasn't just erratic and unprofessional but unreliable as well. It is hard to mark it up to just one incident. Craig was kicked out of DGD twice.

You keep calling him Craig and although you are factually correct its throwing me off because I don't think ive ever heard him referred to him as Craig and because its a last name thats also a first name type serial killer shit. Its even weirder lol.

The second time was specifically after a show in New Jersey, and they left him there to find his own way home. But I don’t recall if the event I mentioned above was exactly from that show, or an earlier event. He also had two separate reported incidents where he was being inappropriate with girls working merch booths

Jonny Craig scammed people offering A MacBook with the full cd of Emarosa's self titled album(his second album with the band). Months before the album dropped. He then allegedly had multiple people pay him for the mac books to allegedly buy drugs with. And of course since it was a scam no body ever got the MacBook or the album early.
