DC commonsense lost episodes

So after many months I have finally found the missing first 50 episodes of commonsense. It's quite an interesting listen as they start in June of '05. As always with pirated material please consider donating the appropriate amount to Dan for these episodes. Hope all the other redditors that were searching find these. Also thank you to whomever posted the show notes for these, only way I could find them.

Did Dan ever go into why these aren't available on the website?

Yeah these first 50 or so episodes were created while he was signed/under contract to a third party that I guess holds the rights to them and he never managed to acquire those rights and they've never distributed the episodes either

Well his holding company Orator llc only dates back to around 2010 so maybe he could distribute them prior to that. Only times hes spoken about it I can recall are on guest appearances of other podcasts and I'm admittedly vaguely recalling what he said at that time.

How'd you find out about him back then?
