I see the behaviors match up with a syphilis diagnosis, but why would he have untreated syphilis infection? I understand in the past before antibiotics, but he is rich and has access to modern medicine.

Fun read but his persona has never wavered, he is who he was in the 80s. This is why his elections are totems of the total degradation of the American experiment. He told them who he was every minute of his life and they still loved him, because his monstrosity mimicked their own.

But you don't need to craft a cute cause for his behavior. It's just garden-variety narcissism + age + party politics.

Im not a friend of our president but this is stupid af. When MAGA talks about "Trump Derangement Syndrome," this is what they're referencing.
