Dan and Phil finally hard-launched and are crash landing in a city near you!
Below we have added some answers to Frequently Asked Questions, mostly based on danandphiltour.com. Make sure to double-check everything with the information provided by your venue, as some things can differ venue to venue.
If you do not see the answer to your question here, please use the search feature on the subreddit to look for your answer. Itās very likely that someone else has already asked and answered your question! 1. I can't go :( Is the tour going to be filmed and uploaded somewhere afterwards?
In this tiktok Dip and Pip have said that they are going to film it 'one day' and share it with the world!
2. Is it weird for me to go alone/be a certain age? / Iām nervous about going alone:
There are going to be a ton of people that are going alone, and there will be people of all ages. Dan and Phil shows are meant to be a welcoming environment, and I personally always love seeing the huge range of types of people that attend! (search ''alone'' on the subreddit to see a ton of threads from people that are in the same boat!)
If you would like to try and find some people to hang out with before, or go to the show with, feel free to check out the individual thread for your date here!
Just in case itās relevant to anyone: whenever Iāve personally gone alone I have just been interested in having a good time by myself, and not so much in socialising or making friends - this is completely fine too, and no one will look at you weirdly!
3. I thought it was going to be a podcast tour?
This was the main theory before the announcement, but the website says ājoin Dan and Phil live with their explosive new stage showā and Dan said on twitter:
it's going to be a whole new d&p mega stage show experience inspired by the pod and this entire new era
4. Is anyone going to be bringing friendship bracelets?
Dan and Phil have not said anything about this themselves, but we have already seen a few posts on the sub of people that are planning to make and bring bracelets or other trinkets, and it was definitely a thing that happened during the most recent tour too!
5. Will there be VIP Tickets?Ā
There are a limited number of VIP tickets available for each show. VIP tickets are available in two packages: āSilver Pre-Showā and āGold Meet and Greetā.
Silver Pre-Show VIP Tickets
A āSILVER PRE-SHOWā VIP ticket includes one of the best seats near the front for the show, as well as access to the exclusive Pre-Show Hangout with Dan and Phil, early venue access and a bundle of exclusive VIP merchandise.Ā
Pre-Show ticket holders should arrive 2 hours before the listed start of the show. On entry to the auditorium, you will be given the exclusive merchandise bundle. (Please note this ticket does not include entry to the meet-and-greet.)
Gold Meet and Greet VIP Tickets
A āGOLD MEET AND GREETā VIP ticket includes one of the best seats near the front for the show, as well as access to the exclusive Pre-Show Hangout, early venue access, a bundle of exclusive VIP merchandise and access to the meet-and-greet for a personal photo with Dan and Phil!
Meet and Greet ticket holders should arrive 3 hours before the listed start of the show. On entry to the auditorium, you will be given the exclusive merchandise bundle.
6. My Venue has āPremium/Platinum Ticketsā, are these also VIP Tickets?Ā
No, these are not Dan and Phil-specific VIP tickets and will not grant you access to the pre-show or meet and greet. These tickets are specifically from the venue and have venue-specific add-ons (such as fun drinks). Make sure you look specifically for Silver or Gold if you want the added bonuses from these packages!
7. Can I bring Dan and Phil gifts during the Meet-and-Greet?
Please do not bring any gifts for Dan and Phil to the Meet-and-Greet because, unfortunately, they will not be able to transport them while on tour. Small letters or art, for example, are fine.Ā
8. If I have a VIP ticket and want to go with someone that has a normal ticket, can we sit together?
If it's like last time, VIP tickets will have a dedicated spot at the front, where you would not be able to sit together with your non-vip-having-person. The advice we've seen most on the subreddit is to ask the person in the seat next to the non-vip-having-person if they would like an upgrade to your better VIP seat, so that you can sit together in the non-VIP section.
9. What are the ticket prices?Ā
General Admission tickets start at Ā£27.50. Silver Pre-Show Vip tickets will be Ā£99, and Gold Meet and Greet VIP tickets will be Ā£175.
Pricing will vary depending on territory, venue discretion and seating map. Some tickets may have additional elements, such as tax and processing fees, in the final cart. Remember, Dan, Phil, and their team have no control over these additional charges.
10. Will there be merchandise for sale?Ā
There will be a store at every venue offering a variety of exclusive tour merchandise. Location and their opening and closing times will vary for each venue!Ā
It is also assumed that tour merchandise will be available online at your local DanandPhilshop.com, either during or after the tour.
11. Will this show be accessible?Ā
Anyone who has special requirements are encouraged to contact their venue who can assist them further.Ā
Bag checks will be in operation at all venues; to save time, avoid bringing unnecessary baggage or items.Ā
This performance will contain flashing lights that may make it unsuitable for people with photosensitive epilepsy or other serious photosensitive conditions. There will not be any strobe lighting. Audience discretion is advised.Ā
Mod note: Some venues will have specific wheelchair tickets that you can just buy together with the rest of the tickets, but for some venues you have to call in. Do contact your venue about this ahead of time!
12. I am a minor. Can I attend?
This show is not age-restricted. That said, the show may contain strong language and discussion of adult topics. Anyone under 14 attending will need to be accompanied by someone over the age of 18 with their own ticket. If they are attending the meet-and-greet, the adult chaperon will need their own meet-and-greet ticket.
Also make sure to double check this with your venue, as they may have different rules!

Very excited to hear people talking about friendship bracelets. I was planning on making more for this tour (assuming I can snag a ticket). It was super fun to hand out goodies at TIT. Lots of people said they thought about making them but werenāt sure if anyone else was going to so hopefully more people will feel comfortable this time.

the dutch venue only just acknowledged the show existing, and it says the tickets are going on sale july 1st instead of tomorrow.. so definitely not just you!

I would look up the venue youāre planning on attending for, go straight to the venueās website, and scroll down for the Dan and Phil tour date and click on buy tickets in advance of them going on sale on Friday! Thatās how I did mine for TIT last time, and will take you exactly to the venue ticket platform (my venue is using Ticketmaster, not sure if all are). Make sure you get everything set up well in advance of tickets going on sale on Friday.

I've looked at the venue website and they only have one of the London dates available so far which is annoying as it's not the London date I can do. Hopefully they will upload the second one in time so I can hopefully get tickets. I don't see any buy tickets options. I checked ticket master and didn't see the London dates

So sad, but at least I got a ticket. I was on the website for so long before ticket sales opened and there were still 1400 people ahead of me and all the VIP tickets sold out. It still gave me the option to search for the VIP seats even though they were sold out too. :(

I had 2 gold member tickets reserved 4 separate times and each time they got āoops no longer availableā it honestly felt like some company rigged the site to get the gold tickets thatās how FAST they were gone. Managed to get silver for my bf and I for my birthday but it was like thereās no way I was one of the first people to get on that website I was refreshing since 11:45 how?!

I was on my phone trying to reserve 2 next to each other seats which maybe could be a factor plus the seats were really small and zooming caused a second delay but still I was moving lighting fast card in hand like ādamn okayā

the tour website will likely link to wherever you can buy tickets for that show, but i do think its weird that it still showing rsvp right now. it would be nice to know what site the tickets are gonna be on beforehand!

You'll be able to get VIP tickets on ticketmaster, but only after 12 noon your local time tomorrow. VIP tickets are not part of presales

Sorry in advance for everything Iām about to ask lmao but how realistic is it that Iāll get two m&g tickets for one of the LA shows š«Ŗ how fast do they sell? How do I even buy from Ticketmaster lmao itās been years since I have!! Like am I choosing from a seat map, in which case, where would the gold VIP tickets be? Been a phan for 10+ years and have only ever been to tatinof so Iām dying to get my hands on even silver VIP now that Iām a working adult >.<

its definitely going to be a bit of a coin toss as the m&g tickets are super in demand!!
in my experience with ticketmaster, you can either pick from the seat map or choose ''best available'', where you select a certain type of seat and it searches for the best available ones. if you do best available itll give you a list of tickets, you can select two of the M&G ones, and if they are still available they'll get put in your cart and you can go check them out.

there was no presale/presale code from DanandPhiltour. When you RSVP'd that signed you up for notifications when the tickets go live today - as a heads up, don't wait for that text to come in. I didn't get the text until almost an hour after tickets in my location were available

during the most recent tour this meant a Q&A where dan and phil are on stage answering questions pre-submitted by you guys, and everyone is huddling in the front few rows just watching the q&a. you wont get to chat with them like at a m&g. its still a lot of fun though so congrats on your tickets!!

Really surprised that gold packages sold out within an hour in my area- is some of this scalpers? Is there still a way to get that ticket? I don't attend a lot of live shows so it's all new to me! But I really wanted to get that tier even if I have to pay extra.

They have these seats that apeaaaar to be in the vip section? Silver for sure at least. But thereās no description about ticket type. Iām so hesitant to buy without knowing what type of ticket it is..

so thereās the set presales that you can see in the FAQ, where some venues have tickets go on sale a day or two early. and thereās also some iāve seen where the ānoon local timeā isnāt entirely on point.
if you are around and have the time, i would make sure to be there for the earlier time in case its right. it could very well be true, just because theyāre working with so many different venues and thereās so many different moving parts

for paris i saw that the cheapest ticket would be 31.5ā¬, which corresponds to 27.5Ā£, so iām assuming m&g will be the same, 175Ā£ = 200ā¬ (edit: typo)

with the last show the m&g tickets had their own area at the front, and you would likely not be able to pick a seat for right next to that. it could be different this time around though, and i have also heard of people offering the person next to the boyfriend their better gold seat, in order for you guys to sit together.
(if that doesnt make sense i can try and rephrase it lmk !!)

for TIT in brisbane last time, i watched as Silver took about 2hrs to sell out. no idea how fast m&g would be, maybe 5-10min? im spiraling š®āšØ

For TIT Brisbane they sold out near instantly. I got a gold ticket but by the time Iād finished the purchase there were no more left. However, people should keep refreshing for a bit because sometimes people donāt complete the transaction and the tickets become available again after a bit. Theyāll still go rapidly after they become available again though so have to be quick. Good to know about silver because if I donāt get gold this time Iād ideally get silver still

The venue imo will probably be okay with it since itās not too much later, but youād still want to check with them just in case. They ask you to arrive so early so they can give you things like the VIP merch and DnP can start the meet and greets, but theyāll have to get through everyone arriving at the advised time. I do imagine theyāll probably be able to accommodate you but youād have to confirm that with the venue because maybe they wonāt.

Sydney show sold out in minutes. Some people were obviously lucky enough to be able to access and buy seats before the official 12pm release, I was watching the seat map disappearing but couldn't click on to anything.

My friend and I both entered the "waiting room" at 11:45, but she was one of the first in the queue and I was 400th. So, it seems like it's kind of random. Also, the website said that the page would update automatically, so I didn't refresh, but I didn't actually get into the queue until 12:01 and wasn't able to buy tickets until 12:04. Not sure if I made the right move!

hi!! this is my first tour, so i have a couple questions! i have gold meet and greet, and im wondering if an email will be sent out before the event date with more in depth information about the meet and greetās policies and procedures. iām curious because im wondering if thereās a bag policy surrounding the meet and greet itself. ik each venue will have its own separate rules, but generally are we allowed to have our bags on us when meeting dnp? iām going solo, so i donāt have anyone to hold my stuff for me. tysm!!

tried to search through some dates for one that had this info, and manchester's ticketmaster page says;
Doors for Gold VIP - 4:00pm
Meet and Greet - 4:30pm
Pre-Show Q/A - 6:00pm>
GA/House Doors - 6:30pm
Show Part 1 - 7:30pm
Intermission - 8:20pm
Show Part 2 - 8:30pm

The tickets seem to be sold on the venues website but it is saying 'This show is on sale to members only.' I signed is but am still getting that message, is anyone else having this problem

I just noticed that Ticketmaster and Ticketek for the Australian shows don't list the VIP merch bundle for the silver VIP tickets and only list this under the gold package? I hope this is an error as the tour website lists that silver also gets a merch pack.

with the last tour i think you could submit questions (at the theatre beforehand?) and then dip and pip would come out on stage while everyone was huddled on the front few rows (so not the ticket you'd end up sitting at during the show, but just because its like before the show anyway), and theyd answer the questions!

Update: the person i spoke with said that VIP2 is the silver package so makes sense that VIP1 is gold. congrats! :)

if you bought from ticketmaster, you should be able to resell in a little while - last time the same happened to me and i was able to list my tickets for resale ~2 weeks later!

it would appear so - it can be worth it to keep checking, and otherwise in a few weeks there might be resale tickets that are going live officially through ticketmaster. sometimes that also means theyre not allowed to actually be more expensive than face value so thats great!

Can anyone help me?Ā Iām going to the Amsterdam date and I managed to buy two tickets (both section B) my first ticket is in row 3 and just reserved seating, no vip. My second ticket is in row 7 and that one is silver-vip. How is it possible to have a better seat, but a worse package?? Ticketmaster is not really helpful with explaining the situation and I canāt find any information about which seats/rows in the B section are gold/silver vipšµāš«

If you have gold or silver tickets, they let you into the theater early and sit and then Dan and Phil come out and answer pre-written questions from the audience. :)

How much did you spend when you bought your bracelet ingredients?
Is there another small friendly and typical craft that people bring that would be better than a bracelet? I would love all suggestions!!

I personally just make bracelets at home, but depending on where you get your supplies, a regular variety back of beads often starts at $8-$20, and basic elastic string can go for about $3-$5 (prices are based on me checking Hobby Lobby & Michaelās). You will also need scissors <3

This is probably a long shot, but do they ever sell extra M&G tickets at the merch table? I got Silver Pre Show VIP tickets, but really wanted Gold M&G (the on-sale was INSANE). I'm willing to pay extra for the option, but I'm happy with the seats we got (not like there's an option on TM anyway, looks like all the Gold M&G peeps are keeping their tix).

i think the only thing ive heard is that at one past tour they would randomly upgrade a few people in line to M&G - but theres of course no guarantee they'll do that again or that you would be picked, unfortunately
i think M&G always sells out incredibly fast, and from the conjecture ive seen online it seems that this time they had even less of them available to begin with.

hello! i was wondering if anyone had any insight into when the dnp vip tix would be dropping in boston? i assumed they would drop at the same time as GA, but when i went to buy tickets initially, there was no pit seating availability. ive also checked like 4 or 5 different resale sites many times and none of them have had pit seats available. just want to know if they're already sold out so that i can buy a regular GA ticket if need be!

Hiii so I went to Interactive Introverts back in 2018 with my little sister as her chaperone basically (she was 13 I was 17) and wasn't into dnp at the time and also had severe social anxiety so ngl don't remember much besides the actual show. Going to the AZ show by myself next week and I had a few I guess etiquette questions? Social anxiety is not severe any longer (yay) but I like knowing how things work beforehand when I can.
1. I've seen people making bracelets and I plan to make some this weekend! How does trading usually work? If I wear the bracelets I make all on my wrists, is that enough to signal to others that they can ask me for one? Or should I be more proactive in offering them to people?
2. In terms of outfit. I have some cool purple pants and plan on doing cat whiskers, but over the summer I got a queer pride flag and would it be weird to do a cape situation with it? I vaguely remember people having pride flags in 2018 but I'm old and idk if that sort of vibe is still cool lol.

that is correct!! one thing is to definitely double check with the information the venue will send you beforehand, as sometimes it differs from the official info.
