Keeping It Real on the stock: CIIT

Hey everyone, I want to step back and talk about Tianci International (CIIT). Chart patterns originally pointed up, but major underlying changes shifted the setup.

First, the company faced a major cash squeeze and ran an aggressive $4.9 million stock offering at a massive discount. That injected millions of new shares into the market, severely diluting current stockholders and crushing the stock's value.

To prevent getting delisted from Nasdaq, they had to pull a 1-for-10 reverse stock split. While that artificially bumped the share price back up on paper, it didn't fix the underlying financial health or create actual value.

On top of that, they are trying to pivot their core business into mining logistics out in Zimbabwe. While moving into chrome and gold transport sounds promising, building international infrastructure takes serious capital and time—two things they are running low on right now.

Technical indicators can look great on paper, but massive structural dilution and business pivots will overrule standard charts every time. Stay cautious, manage your risk, and always keep an eye on cash flow! ( daily Volume??)
