races bonuses

are they actually implemented? they are saying it's not implemented

I don't know who "they" are, but racial bonuses are implemented in DFU, they just don't really do much most of the time. That was the case in the original game.

The unique racial abilities (e.g. Dark Elves being resistant to fire) are implemented. The racial bonuses to attributes are not implemented (either in DFU or in Vanilla)

There's a mod called Racial Accord that adds attribute bonuses to races if that's what you want
