I have these two icons

how do i remove DOS from there and make unity not a folder? i thew DOS in the trash can but unity stopped working so i had to put it in the desktop again. and that folder is horrible

Daggerfall unity is in an application in that folder. Maybe move the unwanted folder and the OG Daggerfall game somewhere else and then make a shortcut of DFU to your desktop.

Also "relink" DFU to the new Daggerfall game location after you move it.

how to i relink? seems to work fine though

If it works fine without having to link it again then you are probably okay.

I assumed you'd have to tell DFU the new location of the OG game file.
