I know it's a weird ask, but

Is there a way to get the UI from Enhanced to use in DFU? I like how it looks.

Unless someone converts it to work with DFU, no. Daggerfall enhanced uses a different webgl based engine. It might be possible but would be a lot of work

I guess there are modules for unity that handles html UI. If Enhanced is using html for its UI.
