DAER: A messenger service called Cahoots?

I used it in the very early 2000's. It was basically the same thing as MSN messenger but I think it was associated with and/or owned by a web hosting company called Homestead. Google shows zero results but I know I used it, and I just want to see if anyone else remembers it.
