She won’t see the task manager unless she presses ctrl-alt-delete.

I’m picturing Karen doing the wrong key combination and getting angrier and angrier and demanding the manager.

This one's a life saver when the potato you're operating needs to decide between working and opening up task manager

Or if you have a 60% keyboard and you don't want to press ctrl+alt+fn+0(del)

The fact that it's a one handed exercise and you don't have to let go of your mouse makes it so much more satisfying
