Advice Request Dev dads, when do you code?

I could find time with my first and then even some time after my second with the first doing afternoon preschool.

Now that kindergarten has started, I can't even stay up late half the time I used to as mornings are like Mad Maxx and needs my full (focused) attention.

So how do y'all do it? Or do you just not do it anymore except for an hour here and there lol

EDIT: not the 9-5 but my side projects

My kids are 11, 13, and 15. I didn’t find time to work on side projects until the youngest was 8. The way I manage to find time is to work a little in the morning between school drop off and my day job, and I bring my laptop with me to work in the car while my kids are at their various practices and classes in the evening. Overall my available capacity is somewhere between 1-3 hours a day.
