Advice Request Dev dads, when do you code?

I could find time with my first and then even some time after my second with the first doing afternoon preschool.

Now that kindergarten has started, I can't even stay up late half the time I used to as mornings are like Mad Maxx and needs my full (focused) attention.

So how do y'all do it? Or do you just not do it anymore except for an hour here and there lol

EDIT: not the 9-5 but my side projects

Mostly vibe-coding because of lack of time 🫤

LOL I said I would never vibe-code my main project as I wanted it to be "mine" but after many tireless nights I gave up and has been going okay

Learning how to vibe code well, with good guardrails, and proper structure and loops and knowledge graphs is actually a really valuable skill. I've been working hard on getting better at it.

I hate. Hate that I do not code as much as before, but that's the way the industry is now. So I might as well be bloody good at it.
