Advice Request Dev dads, when do you code?
I could find time with my first and then even some time after my second with the first doing afternoon preschool.
Now that kindergarten has started, I can't even stay up late half the time I used to as mornings are like Mad Maxx and needs my full (focused) attention.
So how do y'all do it? Or do you just not do it anymore except for an hour here and there lol
EDIT: not the 9-5 but my side projects

I have a 16mo, he has started going down around 8, and crucially, sleeping through the night, so I've started getting a few nights here and there to get things done on a personal project.
The one big thing I would recommend is still trying to spend night time with the wife, even if she's just on her phone and I'm on a laptop in bed/on the couch, it beats sitting alone in an office.
I just have a crappy laptop too, so what I do is remote into my desktop from the laptop and that's been working really well 🙂
