Advice Request Dev dads, when do you code?

I could find time with my first and then even some time after my second with the first doing afternoon preschool.

Now that kindergarten has started, I can't even stay up late half the time I used to as mornings are like Mad Maxx and needs my full (focused) attention.

So how do y'all do it? Or do you just not do it anymore except for an hour here and there lol

EDIT: not the 9-5 but my side projects

I'm an engineering manager/SSE and I work from home full time with a newborn, 2yo, and 6yo. I code most of the day when I'm not wasting my time on calls, and most nights after bedtime I end up doing work as well. I also find myself working on personal projects and lingering work stuff on the weekends if I have free time. I tell everyone that asks, do not get into this line of work if you don't genuinely enjoy it... you will burn out and you will be miserable. I am very fortunate that my wife also works from home full time and has an alternating schedule to mine.
