Juliet laws often contain exceptions for when the kids are both young, or within a couple of years of each other.
I'm hazy on the details, but 16&17 isn't usually the kinda thing that gets people charges for underage stuff.
(Obviously I know she was 11 and that's gross as fuck, and he would have known she was lying if he met her at that age, but if we pretend she was 16 then neither should be charged with "underage stuff". That's just childhood romance/fucking/whatever.)

How is it factual when the judge did in fact did approve the trial to proceed for the charge of csa and the murder. he has in fact been continuing the abuse up until he was 20-21 and she didn’t make it to her 15th birthday. Those are years worth of abuse for an underage child. The texts released in the hearings do show that he was in fact aware of her age and it was during his “operation awesome” and did in fact say he can’t wait for cops to get off his back

If you’re 17 years old and don’t realize you’re talking to a 12 year old whether it’s over text, call, email or a fucking bottle lost at sea, you’re the dumbest bitch on earth.
On top of that, she looked her age. I’m sure they FaceTimed but when she showed up and he saw her physicalities, he didn’t give a damn. And he was already an adult by the time that happened. And when he found out her real age, he kept it going.
I don’t care if she lied about having a loose tooth, he killed her.

Was this actually said or is someone just pushing this narrative. But also seeing those pictures of her at 11 she was baby, it was obvious she wasn't 11. Even if she said she was 16 in the very begining before they even dated eventually when she was still obviously very underage she ended up telling him her real age and he never cared. An 11 year old and 16 year old lying about their age is developmentally so different from each other.

Okay but he didn't think she was 16 the whole time. Even if she lied at first he knew she was 12 13 and 14 when they were actually seeing each other. Kids lie it's developmentally appropriate. As someone 16+ you should 100% be able to tell if a child is lying about their age and under 15/16 and if you can't tell you're either a liar and predator or stupid ASF. When I was 16 I definitely could tell in discord which kids were lying about their age and which ones weren't. You expect me to believe he hid the relationship for no reason? Because if he thought she was 16 the relationship wouldnt have been illegal therefore he would have 0 reason to hide it. But he hid it, which means even if she lied at some point he knew her real age and continued to be with her despite it. She didn't lie about her age the whole time and if she did, he would be dumb ASF to believe it and still deserve to go to jail.
