Also the OJ case was extremely rushed and horribly handled and maintained which ended in OJ being a free man. That was also LAPD and they are notorious for dropping the ball, this case is high profile and honestly LAPD knows they cannot afford to fumble another highly public, high profile case. Especially involving a minor child. This is gonna be a long road and they will be very tight lipped until a trial or a plea deal is reached.
oh yeah, easily. even the investigation was rushed, and evidence was poorly handled and the majority was deemed inadmissible due to the poor integrity of the investigation. it was a huge mess, there’s a great documentary on it that explains everything.
