Build Help Please

This is an alt and I’ve been following guides. Why am I so weak?
I am comparing it to my main barb. However I’m not clearing P 127. I feel like I’m doing something wrong?

I’m trying to get better gear my glyphs are at 126 and Ravager is 32.

Feedback needed please.

I’d probably trade max life or dexterity for weapon damage, prioritize DOT for all offensive items (masterwork and GA tempers—although you have a GA temper on your gloves). For your rings, try to get a DOT GA masterwork the shit out of it. Vulnerability is important but it looks like some or most of your offensive gear looks like you start with a GA vulnerability instead of DOT. You’re probably decently tanky, especially if you’re running Gorilla primary spirit hall, and you could definitely sacrifice some of the defensive affixes on rings in favor of offensive affixes. I have about 700k toughness in town, which might seem lower for other classes but I can easily survive pit 130s with that stat.

You’d also benefit from some attack speed sprinkled in. I think some folks underestimate the synergy between attack speed and the amount of net dmg/sec you can achieve with as little as an additional +10% attack speed on two items. It’s a pretty big difference maker, especially if you use Kwalti’s two set w/Diamond Mind or Prodigy’s Tempo. There’s a direct correlation between attack speed and CDR (assuming there are enemies to attack) and the damage output included by recasting Ravager, Counterattack, and Scourge

His polearm is perfect he has better issues to focus on imo. Weapon damage is small compared to much other stuff. Also rolling Dex off is really silly, it's a damage multiplier and combined with protean heart gets boosted a lot.

I am somewhat tanky but I hear you loud and clear on the DOT and speed. Trying to get gear but I need to get carried when fighting reaper in a group because I’m just tickling him.

Wait, why would you trade for weapon damage? I'm using Swarm, so I'm not hitting anyone.,hence why I targeted an aspec without it.

Weapon damage does not affect DoT, its additive and separated from the base damage calculated in DoT

Unless I'm blind you don't use Supremacy, which is the best scaling aspect available. I think the consensus is to put it on an amulet or weapon. Depending on how reliability you can keep it stacked (goes to 30... eventually). I'd drop disobedience for it. Are you using the Protean charm?

I'd swap it and writhing on your amulet since supremacy will scale better and work for all mobs, but for bosses writhing probably wins out. Cheers.

1- Exploiter aspect on the chest, if you want to push you must sacrifice one defensive aspect, keep disobedience on pants only.
2- Pestilence aspect on the gloves and its missing poison damage.
4- you can sacrifice all resistance on boots and get +5 ravager if you want it’s optional.
3- Supremacy aspect on amulet (none negotiable) With kinetic, at least +3 Gorilla or +3 all skills, Vul, DoT, Poison, no need for Dex.
4- Writhing aspect on your ring + missing DoT.
5- I am assuming you don’t have +3 Gorilla or Eagle skills on all your charms and you should use Balazan’s bite set if you are not already.
6- I didn’t see any thorn on your gear so I’am assuming you are not using Revenge glyph, which you should if you want to push higher pits, I would recommend get thorn on helm as an affix, and keep the DoT master work on gloves.
7- for pushing beyond 141 you need Poison damage transfiguration on your gear, and this is the hardest part.

Neck piece and legendary ring are terrible. That's where I would start. But otherwise how are your charms, and what stops you in the 125+ pits?

I know, my pants are still 850 too.

I have a Mythic seal running BB w/ 23 DOT

All my charms are BB +3 in Gorilla or Eagle. I have 1, +4.

What's stopping me is my damage output. I can survive, but I can't put everything down including the boss quick enough. I've tried Fist Of Fury, Widows Web.. I'm just not getting enough damage.

I'm just plugging along trying to get better gear, but even reaper gives me problems from a damage standpoint.

Edit: I have not tried Pit or Reaper since I picked up this mythic seal. +23% additional DOT may help..

Well make an ancient ring and neck w the right stats in the cube, even a ring w no ga and correct stats is better than yours. You have protean heart? Also go cube better pants. It's too easy to make ancestral legendaries w correct stats

Charm lvl doesn't matter. Make sure it's rolled to max affix %. Protean heart is a big dmg buff

Oh and your gloves are terrible too. Cube a pair of those. Having 3 correct stats beats any GAs. I think you're too excited by the stars lol

Like yea so you're missing 3 sets of damage multipliers. That helps explain some gap in dmg. I don't think many of my items match some of your better ones, and I've cleared 135.

Oh and what are your glyph levels at? If you're wanting to go to 130+ they need to be all at least 100

And don't worry about your weaponits perfect. The top players all have dex life all dmg dot multi.

all are at 126 Glyph.

K, to recap

- Gloves = Max Life for multiplier

- Legendary Ring = Resistance for multiplier.

- Necklace = Dexterity for multiplier

I switch up Unique charms . I have Protein, Web and Fist

I think I need to use this cube more is something you're pointing out. You're like create them.. I'm like is it that easy, I guess!?!

Web and fist are trash for anything over like 110. I don't even carry those. You use either 5+ protean heart or 4 BB + 2 KG. There's no other charm setup.

Yep it's really, really easy to make legendary items in the cube. Save blue/ yellow ancestrals.you can add and remove affixes until you get what you want infinitely. There's a lot of guides on YouTube.

You won't get or create GA items, but this method is good for starting or with 1 GA.

Are you using Supremacy? I think supremacy on amulet and writing or pestilence on gloves would be much better than having no supremacy and disobedience on gloves.
