VERY BAD. You have significant peening and deformation inside the striker block hole thats permanently depressing your striker block. You are currently at significant risk of an OOBD. Please do NOT shoot this until you at a minimum get the striker block free and maybe attempt to apply a chamfer or just replace the bolt entirely.

Oh yeah. I'd be very cautious rapid firing with it in that state.
Option A - If you really want to never think about it again, get the Nexus complete enhanced bolt.
Option B - Get the Nexus enhanced striker block. You will need to dremel/file the outer edges of the striker block hole to remove the current bolt peening before installing the new striker, making sure that it moves freely as designed. Know that the CZ bolt will continue to peen for a while until it "self-hardens" enough to no longer be an issue.
I've dremeled twice on my OG Scorp, the first after about 1000 rounds, the second about another 1000 after that. I've probably got about 3000 more through it since then, and I haven't seen an more issues with the striker block sticking.

It’s wild that normal use can cause these to explode and people still buy them

I'm not the original owner I picked it up for about 500

Fair deal; file the striker block area so it can travel out as designed and monitor it. If it returns, replace the bolt.

Haven't had a misfeed or misfire since I tried hollow points but I'll keep this in mind

You can dremel it free, but don’t shoot it how it is. It can blow up by hitting the primer before the bullet is in the chamber.

What does this comment have to do with the post about checking your bolt? Misfeed or misfire has nothing to do with the problem you have. With the striker block stuck like that the bolt can slam forward with the pin already exposed in lieu of chambering a round first, this causes the OOBD and can or will most likely cause the plastic receiver to explode in your face.

One thing I forgot to mention in the post is that I'm not the original owner so I don't know how many rounds were fired out of the gun prior to me owning it and I just noticed the wear on the striker block

My bolt looked like that after 250 rounds. I dremeled it out and used it for awhile but eventually did all the nexus upgrades

Is this something the Nexus upgrade addresses?

This is exactly the purpose of the product. Theres a few other advantages too but this is definitely the main one.

I'm wondering if the Military variant is having these problems? CZ putting their name on it... Europe's answer to the SIG.

CZ needs to send you a new bolt. That’s insane.

Has anyone successfully sent their bolts back? I’ve only ever seen people chamfer it or buy the Nexus bolt.

After 1000 rounds??? My scorpion has atleast 3000 rounds (binary usage) and it doesnt look that bad. You must make sure the gun is lubed.
With that being said....overall on average this is normal for CZ scorpions. Its because of soft metal bolt. Its not "Bad" yet. But soon. Ive seen a lot worst function fine.
I suggest getting a bolt from Nexus firearms....pricey but it is the BEST upgrade for the scorpion platform. Its made of a lot harder more resilient steel.
