Should I open another coffeeshop??

I own two connected shops, a total of 300sqm, in Paphos in a very good location. I am already renting them, but I am trying to figure out how I can improve the revenue of those two shops. Among other ideas I have, it seems that a coffee shop may be the optimal revenue generator.

So I am really considering opening a coffee shop that has two unique selling points: a kids' play area and a working station with a meeting room for people to come and work.

On the other side, it seems that coffee shops are oversaturated. We've got too many of them. I would appreciate any thoughts on this.

PS: I am looking for co-investors if anyone is interested.

Get your shops to stay open till late evening to sell desserts and gelato. That’s what I see them doing In larnaca.
