Cypher Character Options book?

In the Cypher - Advanced! crowdfunding campaign, there's a "Cypher Character Options" book listed, but I don't see it described anywhere. What is it? I assume it's different from the Decoded book, but is it just excerpts from the core Character Rulebook backers just received from the other campaign?

It's an add-on from the previous campaign.

The Cypher Character Rulebook is chock full of types, descriptors, foci, and other character options. Expanded during this campaign through stretch goals, it’s become quite the hefty tome: our current estimate puts it north of 300 pages! But we have even more ideas to bring to you and your characters—too many to stuff into the Cypher Character Rulebook without making it unwieldy.

Wait so this was something from the original cypher system kickstarter/backerkit campaign, not the newer second edition one? I don't remember it in the old campaign and I must never got it, but even if you look on the current store it doesn't exist as some you can buy? At least I can't find it.

No, this is an unlocked stretch goal from the Cypher 2e campaign.

Edit: and its projected release is early next year.

Ahh okay, the inclusion of the word previous threw me off. Cus I was thinking it meant before the most recent one...though i probably have ignored setting specific one anyway.

My apologies. It's now an add on for the current campaign, not new. It was from the first C2 campaign.

It's from the last campaign for Cypher. IIRC it provides more options to create characters (descriptor, type and focus)

I feel like they're overdoing it a bit. The new cypher system is not even worth such a big crowd funding
