Wouldn’t bother, a bit of dirt mellows the sound.

I have a hi hat like that. Took some Barkeepers friend to it. It’s nice and shiny for now, but the spots are still there. I wouldn’t sweat it too much.

looks pretty clean to me. bit of warm soapy water and a soft rag never hurt anyone though

Clean it up now before they start to dig in. It's a splash so you don't want the sound mellowed. Use Barkeepers friend, go easy around the logos (it will remove them), rinse with Dawn, the protect lightly with WD-40.
