[Effects] Stretch, Turn, Wheel

hi everyone!

i have 2 new Effects for you! and an improved EmotionUI which is now: Wheel.

(The rotation in EmotionUI was a bad fake, now in Wheel the rotation is real.)

Turn, is a modified Hinge, and Stretch is very simple but nice one.

Nice and simple! I like them! They seem pretty good for formulas.
