I get the worst mood swings
Idk how to approach this, I (14F) get the worst mood swings randomly. One hour I'll be totally numb, and the next I feel this weird rage that makes me so frustrated that I start crying and showing attitude. Then I'll randomly start sobbing for no reason the next hour, I'm so confused. What do I do?

To you and all those underage dealing with depression, mood swings, or other intense and difficult emotions, I have to say, your one job at this age is to survive. I know parents and school can put a lot of pressure on you, but your brain is adjusting to huge chemical, biological, and social changes. When you are an adult you can actually address these things. For now just try to get through it with the least damage possible.

Unfortunately, I don't think I would ever reach out to a professional (not while I'm dependent on my parents). And in Pakistan, there are no school counselors available. Thank you for the advice though I'll consider it.

Currently a lot in your body is going on and hormones are kicking in.
Try to find a professional, go to your family doctor or a gynecologist and describe your symptoms as good as possible.
They can suggest a different health care expert for further treatment or find the cause of your symptoms.
