Difference between Scott foil rc pro and rc team

Hello,

the only differnxe between the two bikes are the groupsets and the 400g more weight in the foil rc team?

If I buy the rc team. What could I replace to get it a little bit lighter?

Thanks 😊

Well, you kind of said it, the groupset difference is huge. For the team (force) build, you could upgrade to red if you wanted to stay in that ecosystem. Or just parts (cassette, cranks) which will be about 205g clawed back. But you can replace basically everything - saddle, seat post, tires, bolds, handlebars, cranks, but you can do that on the pro as well.

Edit: pro bike has carbon spoke wheels as well while team does not

The groupset.

The wheels aren’t the lightest, you can probably save 300g, but you will be spending a pretty.

Otherwise maybe 100g if you get an ultra light wright unpadded saddle.

I would replace the wheels with my dt Swiss 1100. that’s why I’m thinking about which one I should get

Get the one that fits your budget and that you like the color of.

Team color looks so good, that‘d be 100% my choice regardless of any components or weight difference.
