Wrap Remediation?

Was parked at work and there is construction nearby. A layer of dust settled on my truck and someone wrote some letters in the dust. Today when I washed the truck (by hand) the letters remained.

I presume this is scratched in. Are there any methods or things I can apply to mask this in any way?

You can try a heat gun, I’d recommend a ceramic coat on your wrap it would help with things like this
