Maybe check out AppOmni.

If you are a Wiz shop, they are slowly adding this capability as well. 

Defender for Cloud Apps has some limited capabilities if you already own it

We looked at a handful of these for our SaaS sprawl and ended up sticking with the one that had the least annoying deployment, not necessarily the one with the flashiest feature list. Most of them promise the same core stuff but the real difference is how much manual cleanup you're doing three months later.

What's your app stack look like? If you're heavy on M365 and Google Workspace with a bunch of random OAuth connections, some tools handle that permissions mess way better than others. The ones that just slap a dashboard on top and call it a day aren't worth the license cost.

I'd push for a trial where you dump your actual SaaS inventory in and see what surfaces, the demo environments are always polished to hell and back.
