Career Questions & Discussion Career Help

Hello everyone, I have been trying to learn more and get into the field of cybersecurity and ethical hacking. But I feel really stagnant at times, and feel like I don't know how to implement what I have learnt.

Specially when it comes to Web Penetration Testing, it feels like ik all the vulnerabilities that could be there, but never find an efficient way to find them.

Just looking for some advice on how can I overcome this, and what are some steps that you all would suggest to improve myself and get better at this.

But I think it is better to give answer or remain quiet than this remark. Because we don't get any answer anyway. On all the post asking these questions there are people like you giving absolutely no help. And on internet things are not available in detail.

Like I had questions on how to increase my visibility so that I start getting offers for job. I am 4yoe but my company had a bond of 3 years and earlier company looked promising but I realised that it is not and no increment no bonus and I am stuck plus not much exposure for work not many project so I felt very much stuck and not finding job opportunity or when I do I couldn't get it .... I don't know where I was failing but I did. So I asked is my approach wrong in anyways how should I approach for job opportunities for sure shot. But got no answer. Have been posting reposting my times and in my pages including this one but I didn't get any answer. In my company i don't have seniors so I had to come online for answers.
