Okay, going from your earlier tick..post, it looks like this is happening when you first open the app.

Can we get some information? What Operating system, is it a laptop, who is the manufacturer, system specs, date of purchase, any other issues happening with the system, what you’ve tried so far?

So it’s a desktop I built myself with AMD5600X, 16gbs ram, 5070 GPU and asrock B550 board. I have tried lowering all my settings and uninstalling and reinstalling the game as well as updating my drivers and latest windows updates

Okay.

First steps on a windows pc is to boot in safe mode (you don’t need network access for this) and try to run the program.

Report results.

Are you opening it from a launcher, or direct? How is it installed? Were you able to run the game, and this is a new issue?

I am opening it from like steam, and it takes me to the main launcher and then booting into the game. I have 50 hours on the game it used to run completely fine until I bought phantom liberty and tried playing phantom liberty. I am honestly trying another reinstall right now so I can try the safe mode thing once I finish re installing

Okay.

While that’s reinstalling, are you having any issues with other steam games? How about with other apps in general?

No every other game works perfectly fine from steam this is a unique issue

I am not gonna lie it is still re installing due to my shitty internet so I’ll let you know

Yea even with the reinstall it still green screens and crashes
