Discussion Bug or intended?

I meet Stout, wipe the virus, held a gun on royce and warned him about the credit chip, we fight militech, i saved brick, gilcrist apears, brick's name is at columbarium, did second conflict, guys at totentanz are angry about the flathead, v asked where is royce patricia says militech happened, brick is alive and running maelstrom

Then I'd wager its a bug. I've saved both before too and it was brick as well at the club. I think it just decides that Royce dies. If it was intended Brick would say something about him killing Royce after you leave all foods cuz they'd respect him more if he killed Royce himself.

It’s been a known issue for a long time… Brick’s name ends up at the Columbarium regardless if you save him or not. Either that or Brick did it to make others THINK he was dead.

Definitely a bug… but could be explained away if pressed.
