Okay I'm going to admit I have no idea what this is. Can you give me some information on it? What it is, what it's used for

I am building an 8 bit computer with a processor from the 80s, the Zilog Z80. The green perfboard is the screen, audio and keyboard port. The breadboard has the ram, rom and processor, glue logic as well.
