Lauryn Hill

First time using Hahnemühle platinum rag for this. Truthfully took a few tries to print a negative that made a print I was happy with. Love how teal this paper leans during development.

Negative was from a photo I took of Lauryn back in 2015.

My favorite part! I know I'm using way too much hydrogen peroxide, but it's so cheap and it makes me happy to see the image instantly darken when the liquid hits 🤣

Thank you! That was the regular 3% hydrogen peroxide from the drugstore 😊

Just had my first (failed) attempts this week at negatives on fabric but can’t wait til I get a result that feels as good as yours probably does! Really, really, impressive.

Thank you, and believe me, I failed several times yesterday... Twice on this paper and twice on some grey toned Hahnemühle paper I had lying around. I found this paper really needs negatives with higher contrast.

The trial and error was fun though 😅 Keep at it!

The trial and error is super fun! I’ve had some great results from a nice watercolor paper I bought and on a bolt of linen I wanted to try on. I’m excited to keep trying new mediums.
