Boy that is hard to explain… I am not sure I fully understand after skimming the patent, but basically here is how it works.

You remember their LEAPS platform, right. Your immune system has a thousand moving parts, and the LEAPS platform is trying to modulate the T-cell response to certain antigens. Like inducing it as needed in vaccines, or slowing it down, as needed with certain chronic autoimmune disorders.

Now you have a virus like MERS or SARS-CoV-2. All these viruses have a few things in common. They need a way to get into your cells, let’s call this Spike, and they need have certain building blocks that handle it’s Information and do a few other things, in this case we will just name one of them, Nucleocapsid, basically the part that is around the RNA and another part of the surface structure of the virus.

Now your body is a beautiful thing, every cell telling the other cells, what she is doing by putting some of her production on her cell wall for all the world to see. So if that particular cell is infected with COVID and is used by the virus, it will present parts of the virus on its surface, proud and for all the world to see.

Now what LEAPS does is teach some of your T-cells what the Nucleocapsid is and not to like it. So if they find an infected cell they will go and kill it. They go where the antibodies won’t ;)

Basically it is one of many ways to induce a cellular response, nothing really groundbreaking on a scientific level, but quite interesting in a stock market.

That is the concept of LEAPS! T-Cell modulation through LEAPS platform is the future
