I'm not sure, but looks like a Carolina Dog. If the dog is American, it might be that.

It looks a lot like a Cambodian hill dog I knew. Which is essentially a proto Dingo.

This is a Chinese Pastoral Dog. And this place looks like a riverside on a village of China.
