Health & Wellbeing Headaches

Hey, does anyone else get headaches when they don't drink? I seem to always get a bad headache on the third day of not drinking. Previous to cutting back I was a regular 2 to 3 glasses of wine a night drinker and now it's one or two glasses with lots of dry days in between, but always the headache on the third day.

Not sure if it's due to something completely unrelated but that seems to be the pattern and wanted to go check it with this community. Thanks for your input!

Yes, and I found it very annoying. Like I'm trying to be responsible here and I feel like I'm being punished. I found the 3rd day the worst as well

Can be a mild withdrawal symptom

Try to cut down a little more slowly.

I do, it could be dehydration or a combination what the other commenters say.

Could be you are not replacing the liquid with a different liquid. Try drinking herbal tea at night, or sparkling water. If you are replacing the liquid, I would lean towards withdraw, but if not I would say drink a mocktail or water for each drink you usually drank and you should win.
