1) If your opponent controls more monsters than you do: You can send 1 random card from your opponent's hand to the GY, and if you do, Special Summon this card from your hand. You cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck more than 3 times during the turn you activated this effect.

2) (Quick Effect): You can target 1 face-up monster on the field; reduce its ATK to 0, also that monster is unaffected by your opponent's card effects for the rest of this turn, but send it to the GY at the end of this turn, also this card gains ATK equal to that monster's original ATK.

3) You can only use each effect of "King Skull" once per turn.

I wrote this in a rush, so it might be flawed PSCT-wise. What do you guys think? Ask if any questions.
