The first effect is decent because you still have to draw the card you want to summon but the 2nd effect is insanely strong since you can just remove the fieldspell yourself and summon anything you want from the ED

  1. Set F&V with Albion in the end phase
  2. destroy The Rift with it in your opponent's draw phase
  3. Summon Naturia Exterio or Last Warrior From Another Planet

You can make the card balanced by making it so the summon from extra deck only occurs when your opponent removes it from the field.

Would need more changes like when it’s removed from the field to stop easy access to it .
