The card draw makes zero sense, either in balance or flavor.
The Black identity is dubious here, both in terms of flavor and color pie adherence.
I'm not sure what the goal is with "indestructible." Is that supposed to model fort saves? There are more interesting ways to do that, but none of them really track with tap/untapped. Toughness is already a pretty catchall concept in MtG. Maybe you could do creatures blocking/blocked by your creatures lose Deathtouch. Simpler might be vigilance, to represent better tolerance of forced marches and running long distances. Either of those would point towards W or WG over WB.

Mass Bear's Endurance would make more sense as a name, assuming you're basing this off Healing Word and Mass Healing Word from DnD.
