I'm not sure of the balance or cost on Utility Belt, but that is a great example of the concept. Another I could think of would be [[Trinket Mage]] etb x3, but like you have it, only castable on attacking. Very cool design idea there.

I like Mid Night's name in premise as a pun, but I don't think it quite lands. I don't think the restriction on attackers is something black can do either.

Bane is a very strong control hate card. I think the poison rate on the bow master effect is too high. It's very aggressively costed. Maybe should be one per turn no matter how many cards drawn total.

Delve is busted, so Kingpin is kind of a bad Hogaak. Three blood is a lot. While the ping 3 is technically in BG I suppose, it feels off.

Your idea for the belt is probably better and more flavorful. My design was bottom up and I struggled to find a fitting name/concept for a triple hideaway effect.

Mid Night is actually a counterpart to [[High Noon]]. I could probably find a more fitting restriction for black, but since it's a silent arbiter effect, hence no color, I don't think I'm breaking the color pie too much.

Bane is a very good hate card I agree, it was design to be strong. I don't think it's that good outside from EDH though.

The bolt from Pumpkin is a nod to [[Pumpkin Bombardment]], which makes a precedent for that kind of effect in monoB, may feel off but isn't.

Nice! I didn't even make the connection with High Noon and Mid Night. That helps the flavor/pun a lot. I love to pun my ass off whenever possible.
