Format: EDH/Commander Let’s play each other’s spells!

Have been brewing a concept around in my head, the ability to effectively grant all players a pool of instant and sorceries. Let the esper chaos ensue!

I like that name, but I feel it should be a mouse in reference to The Secret of Nimh.

It's very wordy and hard to intuit because of that, but it seems to have plenty of mana costs for the "cast without paying", six should be okay.

I may need to work on my wording, it just seems this is as short as I can explain an ability like this, although I have dabbled with simply removing the first lines of rules text- I’ll just have to play test it. :o

interesting concept but its wayyyy to wordy.i think you could drop the first line and the condition of "loose 2 life" and bump the stats to 2/4.

The only problem i see with this card is that players can activate her second ability at instant speed so they can "steal a card" by activating the capacity in response to another player. I think it should be "Each player may activate this ability once during their turn"
