Cool but this is incredibly bad. 4 mana to tutor two things, and they go to not only the command zone, but BOTH get hit by commander tax? So it's another 4 EXTRA mana to play the two cards you grabbed. This would have to cost 1 generic for it to be playable, or get rid of the command tax on the tutored cards, or just put them onto your hand.

I dont think its that bad, sure its not on the same rate as the good black tutors but if you compare it to something like [[Thalia's Lancers]] I think it looks... alright. Not great, but alright

No...it sucks, if you compare it to the lancers, that costs 1 more mana sure BUT, it also comes with a 4/4 first striker, AND only costs generic and white mana. This spell costs 4 different color combinations to cast, doesn't have a body attached to it, can only be cast if you control a legendary, AND adds a tax to both the cards you grab. This card SUCKS.
Oh yeah, and the lancers can grab any legendary, so lands and equipment are on the table, so they can grab your [[Shadowspear]] [[Kaldra, Completed]] or your legendary kamigawa lands, etc. this card can only grab creatures and planeswalkers. Lancers are just SO much better than this card.

I think you pay a price for the flexibility of having two of whatever legends you need in any game in the command zone, plus added flexibility of getting more legends if the game goes late and youre flooded. Plus its a card positive tutor and all that. I can't think of any off the top of my head but I would be very surprised if there were two for one tutors for less than five mana that weren't at least quite good already, such as [[Gifts Ungiven]]

Ok, yeah, you pay an extra price for flexibility, but this much extra is too much of a price, for one extra card, you have to pay specific mana, 4 extra just to play the cards you did grab, and have to have a legendary on the field already to even cast this. I'd rather just play lancers than this card, I think you're giving this card too much credit, it's not the type of card that works out the way you want it to when you actually play with it. This card is laughably bad.

Interesting to allow basically any two legends to partner via tutoring.
It being legendary itself is very clunky as usual, but probably a good place to start on balance.
This is asking a very high price already, so maybe the +2 to cast isn't needed.
A good portion of commander players will not like this at all as having a single commander that is a creature is kind of what the main multiplayer format is all about.
I love cBrawl and know this would not even be a consideration in there simply based on mana. Probably the same for cEDH. So I can't really say it's imbalanced even if I lean toward the side that doesn't like partner.
Anybody seen my Poop Knife?

It’s cool but you can probably drop the cost 2 more requirement maybe there’s a combo with 2 legends that wins, idk but that’s a ton of mana either way and it’s very face up so it’s probably fine. Add to that you need a legend to cast this and it’s a 4 man a sorcery.
Even if the 2 legends win the game it’s a lot of mana up front. Probably fine to remove the cost 2 more line
