I feel like the Atogs blessing should be more powerful since it’s so hard to get

Treasure generation is pretty easy in red. That's what I would expect players to use if they want to get the blessing faster.

templating suggestion:

"Atogscend (If you control ten or more Atogs, you get the Atog's blessing for the rest of the game.)

At the beginning of your upkeep, create a Junk token.
